Good afternoon everyone.
My first Berkshire property meet last nite, 8 hour round trip well worth the time and effort. Great speaker and content from Glenn Armstrong
Nice to catch up with some old friends.
I just wanted to drop you both a quick message to say a big thank you for another fantastic BPM. It really is a unique environment full of different expertise and support. It is now a permanent fixture in my diary and so I look forward to seeing you both next month.
Absolutely loved my first meeting with you guys and will definitely return.
I have a cheeky favour to ask……are the slides available to the attendees? There was some excellent info…..however for a first timer is was a lot of information to absorb and would love some notes/slides. I did try to write them down but it was a tad too quick!
I just wanted to say thank you again for your time last night. I found our conversation really therapeutic as I didn’t realise that there were so many “uncomfortable thoughts” I needed to express. I also had a bit of an “aha” moment during our conversation just by learning how you deal with people and challenges. It was such a subtle shift in perspective that I’m not sure I can describe it adequately.
Thank you again for the very kind gift of the goal setting and negotiation CDs, they will be very useful.
I think, like Roland, I am fascinated by people’s stories and I look forward to hearing more about your personal property journey in time. See you next month.
HI Juswant and Sylvia
Just a quick note to thank you for an excellent meeting last night. It was great to meet you both again, after a long while between BPM visits for me, and Vanish lived up to the high expectations that you set for him!
Thanks for your coaching tips, Sylvia. J
Evening Sylvia & Juswant
Just wanted to add to your Tuesday fan mail to say a big thank you for last night’s event which was thoroughly enjoyable.
And I know you’ll be wondering what the nugget I was that I took away from the evening’s fun & games… ‘Don’t ask, don’t get’! Sorry Sylvia, I’ll have to give Kevin the credit for that one this time but as always, you reinforced everything else that helps bring it together J
Wishing you both a fantastic week & look forward to next month’s meet!
Hi Juswant & Sylvia
I just wanted to add my thanks to what I imagine must be a pile of emails after last night’s event! Unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to say hello to you Sylvia but did see Juswant briefly (when he came remind us that Rohan was speaking in the auditorium, not the bar;)
I personally find trying to take away a single, practical & actionable nugget from a presentation or seminar like last night’s to be so much more effective than madly trying to scribble down pages of notes and not only missing the gist of the presentation in the process, but more often than not becoming so overwhelmed with what you’ve written that you end up acting on none of it!
The nugget I took away from last night’s event, notwithstanding Rohan’s fantastic presentation peppered with solid, practical information, was your comment during the introduction Sylvia about doing that extra 1% each day – in your business, in your relationships etc. That one comment resonated inside me more than anything else said during the evening (no offence Rohan!:) and acted as a strong affirmation to what I believe is the key to bringing it all together, whatever ‘it’ may be. As you often point out when you’re doing your intro of the evening’s speaker, it’s all about nurturing those little habits and practising them constantly over & over on a regular basis that makes all the difference.
I just wanted to share that with you as I know that you know that that’s the key but just wanted you to know that someone else also knows
Thanks again to both of you for organising a thoroughly enjoyable & stimulating evening & look forward to next month’s get together as always!
With kind regards
First time i have been to BPM met people i can do Joint Ventures with and learnt a lot from many and have had some great tips from experienced and not so experienced property investors and gave advice to some on how to get motivated leads and build a website.
Bought some Jack Canfield Success Principle CD’s at the event and will be attended many BPM events this year, a great meet up for Property Investors with over 200 there.
Thanks for last night, I haven’t been to many of these types of meetings but yours definitely has the most energy. I only wish I had found it before trying BNI 18 months ago.
I had to leave just after 10 to get back to central London, so didn’t get a chance to thank you face to face.
I have already put the next event in, my calendar and look forward to seeing you there.
Morning to you both ,
