Celebrating Juswant Rai’s 50th birthday.
When you have 200 people coming to your networking event every single month it would be easy to allow the ego to take over.
With Juswant Rai and Sylvia Rai there is no chance of that. They keep each others’ feet firmly on the ground and their minds focused on generating value for there guests.
An example to follow.
Happy Birthday my dear friend.
Dear Juswant and Sylvia
Wishing you both a terrific 2016.
An attitude of gratitude is the best medicine on the planet and I am ever so grateful that I met you both!
My very kind regards
Thank you so much for having me on Monday. I greatly enjoyed the event, it was funny, informative and highly entertaining.
So many wonderful people like yourselves.
I hope you guys are having a great week, and I really can’t for the next time we meet up, hopefully soon.
Hi Sylvia & Juswant,
Thank you! It was a fantastic evening, Mark is truly a brilliant guy!
And I hope you both have an amazing summer break!
Hi Sylvia and Juswant,
Samantha and I attended the Berkshire Porperty Meet for the 1st time this evening.
We just wanted to say we really enjoyed the evening and look forward to joining you for many more.
Jackie and Samantha
Sylvia & Juswant,
We would like thank you for a wonderful evening and for taking the time to talk with us. We really enjoyed Simons presentation and are possibly looking at doing his courses in the near future.
As it was our first experience we were not sure what to expect, however, we feel the BPM is a perfect place for us to learn and grown within the community and the property field. The environment is welcoming and warm also professional.
So thank you! and your wonderful team and…. we will be attending regularly

I am just writing to let you know that yesterday’s event was wonderful and so refreshing – I am glad I came.
I have been to a number of property meets/seminars – and all of them have been poor. All they did was have a presentation where a guest speaker just tells that he has made lots of money in property but does not tell how. and there is no real networking.
However yesterday’s event was so refreshing – there was no hard selling by simon for his property mastermind course – just clear explanation of how he got into property.
And the networking was great – it was so good to see people willing to share their experience and ideas.
So well done guys.
See you soon .
Hi Sulvia and Juswant,
Thank you for the reminder.
I have encouraged my friend Steve to come
along to the Berkshire Property Meet in February.
He has purchased two tickets, last month we
both travelled from Wakefield in West Yorkshire.
I always enjoy the Berkshire Property Meet,
and it is on my calendar more often than last
year as a must attend event.
Thank you for starting the Berkshire Property
Meet and continuing to organise the event
for us all to learn, meet up and enjoy.
I’d heard of your reputation long before I got into property. Now that I am “into property”, I’m kicking myself that it took so look to venture into deepest darkest Berkshire to check you guys out. Needless to say, after last night;s outstanding event, my first visit certainly won’t be my last.
I’m eagerly looking forward to next month’s networking and learning event. See you soon and BIG THANKS for all that you do. It’s very much appreciated.
Thank you Sylvia and Juswant for distributing these articles.
As a new networker but not new to the property industry I have been a bit concerned that sometimes the euphoria which is built up on some of the networking events are sometimes not giving the whole story of property investment to new investors Hopefully everyone will read over the articles and carry out their due diligence on the deals and JV partners.
Thank you for giving a balanced approach to what we all hope will be a successful property investing career for most who attend.
