Flatshare portal does deal with Trinity Mirror property services

Flatshare website Easyroommate has launched a partnership with Email4Property, the online network of estate agents owned by the Trinity Mirror group.

Users of Email4Property and its sister site Zoomf will have the option of choosing a room or flatshare, advertised directly by a member of the public, alongside properties to buy or rent.

Users looking for a property on Email4Property and Zoomf will be able to register directly on Easyroommate, whether they are looking to rent a room or find a flatshare, and will be able to browse over 15,000 rooms or flatshares for rent, along with 75,000 profiles of potential flatmates looking for a room.

Jonathan Moore, director of Easyroommate, said: “In the last year, we’ve seen the UK flat-sharing population increase by 100,000 as more and more renters look to save money and home owners look to earn extra cash from renting out their spare rooms.

“This partnership allows us to reach even more prospective flat-sharers, and is another crucial step in Easyroommate’s strategy for ongoing growth.”
