As you know the Berkshire Property Meet sells out every month and we have investors travel from all over the UK to join us. We have already had 60% of places booked up for April 19th.

One thing that Rohan Weerasinghe mentioned in January this year during his excellent presentation was the unlimited opportunities out there. To diversify your income streams is logical.

It seems that the new year has started the same way as the previous one ended - with a BIG freeze. Like many things in life it is how we choose to deal with these challenging events in our lives that decides our long term future.

There is a great book that we both read last year by Jeff Olson called 'The Slight Edge'. It's the little things we do or don't do in our lives that have a profound effect on our long term future. Whether we make that call or not, go to that meeting or not, start that project we have been procrastinating about or not - the cumulative effect of this is HUGE in the long term.
